FAQ PRINTED FULL COLOUR MUGS
1. Is there any possibility of printing a full-colour photo or image on these mugs?
Yes! Our full-colour photo mugs are specifically designed for excellent printing. You can print a full-colour image, company logo, artwork, or a personalized photo – our mugs reflect your photos with the highest detail and vividness of colors.
2. How is full-colour photo mug printing achieved?
We use top-grade dye sublimation printing. It prints your photo directly into the mug surface, producing true, long-lasting, and high-quality prints—a perfect gag mug or effective marketing campaign.
3. Will the photo ultimately fade, peel, or crack?
No problem! Since we use the sublimation process, your photo is imprinted into the mug. In other words, it will not peel, fade, or shatter with the passage of time. For best utilization of the product and to preserve colors, we would advise hand washing, though the majority of our mugs can be put into a dishwasher.
4. Can I add text or message with the photo?
Yes! We can get your mug personalized with your own message, quotes, logos, or branding and your photo. We will put all of this in just the right place and provide you with a free digital mock-up so that you can see exactly how it will be printed before we do.
5. Are full-colour photo mugs microwave and dishwasher safe?
Our bulk of photo mugs are dishwasher safe and microwave safe. Washing by hand is best if you want to keep colours for decades—to keep your mug looking brand new for years and years.
6. What types and sizes of mugs can I get for full-colour printing?

Our normal lead time is 5 to 7 working days from approval of artwork, plus a further 1 to 2 working days for delivery in the UK. In a rush? We can also offer an express service for bigger orders—just ask!
8. Am I able to purchase a single mug or do I have to order in quantities?
You can definitely order a single one! Although bulk is commonly ordered for brand by most customers, we also accommodate single mug orders and sample orders. Get in touch with us if you'd like to have a single customized gift or test print quality before buying in bulk.
9. I have no design yet. Can you assist me?
Of course! Our in-house design team is only too happy to assist you in preparing your image or designing a layout specifically from the beginning. We'll provide you with a free digital mock-up of your mug to approve before we do anything in print.
